P3 has renewed its lease with ID Logistics (IDL) for more than 47,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in P3 Mszczonow.
ID Logistics (IDL) is present in P3’s two parks. It has been operating in P3 Mszczonow since 2015 and in P3 Piotrkow since April this year, where it leases more than 13,000 sqm. Both buildings have been fully tailored to meet the client’s requirements. Starting in 2020, ID Logistics will also be managing PepsiCo’s new 58,000-plus sqm distribution facility, which is currently under construction in P3 Mszczonow.
IDL’s warehouse with an area of over 47,000 sqm in P3 Mszczonow has been designed in line with sustainable development principles and features PIR core panels for the insulation of the building against external factors, LED lighting, and solar water heating systems.
P3 Mszczonow is a logistics park located to the south-west of Warsaw, by the S8 expressway, close to the E77 route and the A2 and A1 motorways. PepsiCo’s central warehouse is currently under construction in P3 Mszczonow, which can see another 127,000 sqm added. The park’s tenants also include Fiege and Jeronimo Martins Polska.
