Igepa Polska, a distributor of printing media and paper with over 25 years of operating history, has decided to extend its lease of 2,300 sqm of logistics space in Kraków Kokotów Logistics Park. The renegotiation of lease conditions was facilitated by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Igepa Polska is a member of the Igepa Group. The group is a major European distributor of packaging paper, materials and systems and a supplier of visual advertising media and equipment. The company carries over 6,000 products and operates several warehouses across Poland to guarantee seamless logistics, including a facility in Kraków Kokotów Logistics Park. It is valued for its vast array of products by printing, packaging, advertising and office supply companies. It has more than 160 employees who work day by day to ensure swift order deliveries and professional customer service.
“Our client expected us to provide full support in reviewing the warehouse market. Having examined available options, Igepa Polska took the decision to stay on in Kraków Kokotów Logistics Park and instructed us to renegotiate the commercial conditions of its lease,” says Jakub Kurek, Head of Industrial and Warehouse, Newmark Polska.
