Igepa renegotiates lease in Panattoni IX near Poznań

Igepa Polska, a leading distributor of paper, printing machines and media, has decided to renegotiate the terms and conditions of its lease for 3,700 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Poznań IX. The transaction was facilitated on behalf of the tenant by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

With its 30-plus years of presence in Poland, Igepa Polska has grown into a leading supplier of products and solutions across several related categories such as packaging materials, printing, advertising media and office paper. The company employs over 150 staff and operates four warehouses totalling nearly 15,000 sqm to ensure efficient customer service. Its business activities are also impressive in numbers – each year it cuts approximately one million linear square metres of boards and services 800 plotters. Igepa Polska is a member of the Igepa Group, a European distributor with 60 years of operating history.

“What convinced Igepa Polska to renegotiate its lease was the location, which meets its needs, the optimal warehouse size and successful cooperation with the landlord. We are delighted that, with our assistance, the tenant secured stable and attractive conditions for another term,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate Director, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.

Panattoni Park Poznań IX is located in Swadzim, approximately 14 km from Poznań, a major city offering warehouse tenants of the logistics park easy access to a large pool of skilled labour. This location also benefits from its proximity to the A2 motorway (17 km away), ensuring seamless product distribution by land to various destinations.
