Ingram Micro joins MLP Pruszkow II

Ingram Micro, a distributor of global IT brands, will move to MLP Pruszkow II. It will occupy more than 3,500 sqm of modern warehouse space. 

Ingram Micro signed a contract to lease approximately 3,500 sqm of modern space in MLP Pruszkow II, including 3,240 sqm of warehouse space and 250 sqm of office and welfare space. The facility will be handed over to the tenant in February 2020.

Ingram Micro is a distributor of IT equipment and mobile devices of global brands. Amid rapid technological advancements, Ingram Micro is upgrading its operations, technologies and infrastructure to deliver excellent customer service.

MLP Pruszkow II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinow, near Warsaw, 5 km from Pruszkow. It is being developed on a 72-hectare plot intended for warehousing and light manufacturing. At full build-out, it will provide 292,000 sqm of leasable space. The complex has two access roads, one of them joining the recently completed bypass of the village of Moszna. MLP Pruszkow II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw and the main arteries connecting the Polish capital with other cities. It is located between local road 760 and the A2 motorway, 3 km from the Pruszkow-Zbikow junction. MLP Pruszkow II also has a Nextbike rental facility and a bus stop at the site for bus commuters. The international railway lines located in the vicinity make for excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution.
