French supermarket chain Intermarché has extended its lease agreement for 28,000 sqm of warehouse space at the Distribution Park in Mysłowice.
The Distribution Park in Mysłowice is part of a portfolio owned by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund and managed by Hines Poland. The portfolio comprises schemes located in five cities across Poland and offering a total of approximately 126,300 sqm. Intermarché is currently the exclusive tenant of the Mysłowice warehouse.
Intermarché, a general commercial French supermarket chain, operates as part of the Musketeers Group, the largest European association of independent entrepreneurs. It is present in four European countries. In Poland, Intermarché has more than 230 stores and continues to expand.
