Investa has signed a long-term 4,300 sqm lease at Panattoni City Logistics Wrocław I with Panattoni Europe. The leased space comprises nearly 3,800 sqm of manufacturing and warehouse space and 580 sqm of modern office space. The new warehouse is located in Kwiatkowskiego Street, close to Wrocław’s ring-road.
Investa distributes stainless steel and aluminium, and provides metal machining services. Its head office is located in Pruszcz Gdański while its central warehouse is in Stryków. Investa also has six service centres in cities across Poland.
Panattoni City Logistics Wrocław I is located close to the A4 and A8 motorways, 13 km from the Wrocław airport. It will consist of six buildings offering approximately 98,000 sqm once fully built out. The park enjoys easy access to major transport routes and links with Poland’s other regions and neighbouring countries.
