A leading Polish distributor of stainless and aluminum steel continues cooperation with MLP Group and remains in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Investa will receive over 5.5 thousand sqm. modern warehouse and office space.
Investa has been associated with the MLP Group since 2010. The cooperation began with the lease of warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park, in 2015 due to the dynamic development of the company, its operations were transferred to the nearby MLP Pruszków II complex.
In March this year a new lease agreement has been signed, under which the Group will receive approx. 5,600 sq m, of which approx. 4,800 sq m will be allocated for warehouse space, and the rest approx. 800 sq m. it will constitute a modern office and social space. The handover of the finished facility is planned for the beginning of Q1 2021. The hall, in line with the MLP Group standard, will be tailored to the individual needs of the tenant.
