IWM Automation, a supplier of special-purpose machines for the automotive industry, has become the first tenant at Hillwood Ruda Slaska industrial park. It has leased more than 3,800 sqm of warehouse and office space. The facility enjoys easy access to the A4 motorway and boasts a central location in the Silesian Agglomeration, which is a major market for the tenant and guarantees availability of skilled workforce. Operations are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2019.
Hillwood Ruda Śląska is located in Zabrzanska Street, approximately 4 km from the city centre. The scheme is situated close to the national road No. 925 and the Katowice-Gliwice central highway (DTS). It is one of the biggest industrial parks in the region. Once fully built out, it will provide approximately 100,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
