JAS-FBG S.A. has signed up for 6,600 sqm at a cross-dock warehouse project underway at Segro Business Park Lodz.
The built-to-suit warehouse will comprise 6,000 sqm of warehouse space and 600 sqm of office and welfare space. The facility will feature 28 docks, 19 parking spaces for trucks and 20 spaces for cars. The start of operations is scheduled for Q4 2018.
