Langowski Logistics consolidates and expands its presence in Gdansk

Langowski Logistics, a specialist provider of international freight forwarding and warehousing logistics services, has consolidated and more than doubled its space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre to 17,500 sqm. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Langowski Logistics has operated in the transport, forwarding and logistics (TFL) sector since 2004, specializing in international freight forwarding and logistics by sea, rail, air and road. Its core business also includes warehousing logistics comprising short- and long-term storage, consolidation, deconsolidation, transhipment and contract distribution in addition to its customs agency operating since the company’s inception. Langowski Logistics owes its indisputable success to its experienced employees, flexible cooperation and strong international contacts it has built up over the last 18 years.

The Pomeranian Logistics Centre in Gdansk comprises class A warehouses delivered by developer and asset manager GLP. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the Deepwater Container Terminal, approximately 16 km from Tricity’s ring road. In addition to its excellent transport connections, it also features technologies promoting safety, savings on utility costs and a comfortable work environment. GLP has secured land for the expansion of its logistics park, so its tenants can grow with it.

“As part of its growth journey our client consolidated its warehouse space and expanded its largest unit in Gdansk. Its decision to stay on in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre was influenced by the prime location of the complex, good contacts with the landlord and prospects of expansion in the coming years. We are pleased that Langowski Logistics has appreciated our commitment and the added value of our cooperation,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate, Newmark Polska.
