Langowski Logistics expands in Central European Logistics Hub, Łódź

Langowski Logistics, a specialist provider of international freight forwarding and logistics services, has leased an additional 4,500 sqm of modern warehouse space in Central European Logistics Hub, in Łódź, bringing its total warehouse footprint to around 8,000 sqm. The tenant was represented in the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Langowski Logistics has operated in the transport, forwarding and logistics (TFL) sector since 2004, specializing in international freight forwarding and logistics by sea, rail, air and road. Its core business also includes warehousing logistics comprising short- and long-term storage, consolidation, deconsolidation, transhipment and contract distribution from five modern warehouses throughout Poland. The continuity of business operations is assured by a 200-plus strong team. In recognition of its operational excellence, Langowski Logistics has received multiple awards, including Gazela Biznesu 2019.

“Langowski Logistics asked for assistance in its negotiations with the landlord. Our client wanted to lease more warehouse units to create optimal conditions for its operations,” says Agnieszka Marczak, Senior Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.

“Our client’s current location in the Central European Logistics Hub fully meets its expectations in many respects, including its distance to an intermodal terminal. Having negotiated favourable lease conditions just before rents began to rise, the tenant will enjoy an even greater competitive advantage in its sector. We are pleased to have supported Langowski Logistics long term in its rapid growth,” adds Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate, Newmark Polska.

The Central European Logistics Hub is Panattoni’s largest European logistics complex, which is driving the growth of the New Industrial District in Łódź. Upon completion, it will provide more than 700,000 sqm of class A warehouse and industrial space. The Central European Logistics Hub is located near Łódź North junction of the A1 and A2 motorways, and is ideal for logistics operations, including export logistics, and access to labour in the Łódź market.
