Langowski Logistics, a TFL company, has extended its lease of warehouse space at the Central European Logistics Hub, where it occupies 8,000 sqm. Langowski Logistics was represented during the lease renegotiation by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Langowski Logistics is a family-owned enterprise operating in the TFL sector. The company specialises in international containerised cargo freight, but it also has extensive experience in transporting oversize loads. In addition, Langowski Logistics provides forwarding services by sea, road and other modes, as well as warehousing logistics across Poland, including in Gdynia, for both Polish and international clients. Its service portfolio is further strengthened by a customs agency that has achieved prestigious AEO Full certification.
“As a family business, we have for years been committed to building lasting relationships with our partners and to investing in modern solutions to further enhance our service quality. The decision to extend our lease at the Central European Logistics Hub is part of our long-term strategy. The location in the heart of the country, close to key transport routes, allows us to serve our clients from Poland and abroad even more effectively. Access to top-tier infrastructure enables us to further expand our warehousing and forwarding services, and to roll out innovations to fulfil orders quickly, efficiently and comprehensively – from transport and warehousing to customs clearance,” says Halina Langowska, President of the Management Board, Langowski Logistics.
“The directors of Langowski Logistics placed their trust in us once again, relying on our support during the renegotiation of their lease at the Hub in Jędrzejowska Street in Łódź. Their decision to extend the contract was driven by several factors – primarily the tenant’s existing infrastructure, including permits, the location and commercial market conditions. We are pleased that our client has secured a strong springboard for further growth,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate Director, Newmark Polska.
“We greatly value the long-term cooperation with such dynamic companies as Langowski Logistics. Their presence in the Central European Logistics Hub confirms the attractiveness of our facility as a strategic location for business,” says Krystian Pachówka, Director, Head of Asset Management Logistics, AEW.
The Central European Logistics Hub (CELH) is one of the largest logistics complexes in Europe. The area where European communication routes cross was chosen for its construction. CELH is located right next to the A1 motorway and near the Łódź Północ junction (intersection of the A1 and A2 motorways). Next to Langowski Logistics, many other companies from various industries have their warehouses here, as a result of which the Central European Logistics Hub is also a business cluster.
