German discount retailer Lidl will have a distribution centre constructed at the High Technologies Industrial Park in Stargard.
The project to be developed by Erbud on almost five hectares of land will comprise a warehouse facility, a workshop, administrative and technical premises and an office and welfare building. The construction is scheduled to be completed in August 2019.
Lidl’s new distribution centre will be used for warehousing of food and non-food items. The project will also see construction of parking facilities for approximately 250 cars and more than 80 trucks in the vicinity of the warehouse.
