LiNA Medical, a Danish provider of electrosurgery and laparoscopic surgery solutions, will expand its operations at Goodman Poznan IV Airport Logistics Centre by taking up an additional 6,400 sqm in the new part of the park, whose construction has recently broken ground.
LiNA Medical is the first tenant of the new facility at Goodman Poznan IV Airport Logistics Centre, which will offer a total of 19,000 sqm of leasable space, including more than 930 sqm of comfortable office space. The building will feature 10 m height and a floor load of 5t/sqm, providing optimum conditions for typical logistics and light manufacturing operations.
Goodman’s latest project in Poland will be developed to meet the requirements of BREEAM certification for a “Very Good” rating. It will be adapted to implement a smart energy metering system in addition to EV charging stations.
