More than 4,200 sqm of space will be handed over to the new tenant in MLP Pruszkow II in Q2 2020.
Lindab, a member of the Swedish-based Lindab Group, has signed an agreement with MLP Group to lease over 4,200 sqm of modern space in the MLP Pruszkow II logistics park. More than 4,000 sqm will be used for warehousing while the remaining 200 sqm will be custom-made welfare and office space. The completed facility is scheduled to be delivered in Q2 2020.

MLP Pruszkow II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinow near Warsaw, 5 km from Pruszkow. It has well-developed transport links with both central Warsaw and the main arteries connecting the Polish capital and other strategic cities. MLP Pruszkow II is located between local road 760 and the A2 motorway, 3 km from the interchange in the Pruszkow-Zbikow area. It is the largest logistics hub in the region, with 292,000 sqm of leasable space at full build-out, of which more than half is in buildings already placed in service, with the warehouse development pipeline amounting to approximately 40,000 sqm.
