Logoplaste, a global value-added service provider and producer of rigid plastic packaging for many well-known global consumer companies, has leased 3,700 sqm in the Panattoni Park Gorzow warehouse park.
Logoplaste has 70 factories in 16 countries and employs more than 2,300 people. It is also rapidly expanding in Poland.
Panattoni Park Gorzow Wielkopolski is the developer’s next project in the Lubuskie region and the first multi-tenant facility in Gorzow. It offers two class A buildings with a total area of more than 69,000 sqm. The park is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kostrzyn-Slubice Special Economic Zone, while the location near a railway line and a junction of the S3 expressway guarantees excellent connections with key markets both in Poland and abroad.
