LPP, a Polish fashion manufacturer, will develop a distribution centre in Brześć Kujawski for its Reserved brand. The approximately PLN 400M project will increase by half the firm’s warehouse footprint.
The project will break ground this autumn. The distribution centre is expected to open in late 2021 or early 2022 and will provide approximately 100,000 sqm.
Following the opening of Reserved’s dedicated facility in Brześć Kujawski, products of LPP’s other brands will be supplied to brick-and-mortar stores from the distribution centre in Pruszcz Gdański.
