Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG) has leased a 2,100 sqm warehouse in Panattoni Park Gdańsk East I. The tenant was represented during the negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
MAG is a transport and logistics company. It organizes land and sea transport of more than ten thousand containers a year, and arranges sea freight shipment as well as road and rail carriage services. MAG also handles heavy and over-sized goods, dry and liquid loads, and LCL cargo. It provides product storage and distribution in modern storehouses and bonded warehouses, as well as leasable office space. MAG operates seven offices across Poland and one in Romania. The company has over 230 employees.
Panattoni Park Gdansk East I is located close to Tricity’s southern ring road, which connects the A1 motorway with national road no. 7. It comprises four warehouse buildings with a total area of 46,550 sqm. It offers top-quality warehouse and office space, as well as the latest solutions in storage of goods. Its proximity to the A1 motorway and access to the national road infrastructure make it an attractive location for clients operating on the Polish and international markets. MAG will occupy 2,053 sqm of warehouse space and 107 sqm of office space.

It required warehouse space on account of the growing number of clients and transshipment and logistics operations.
