MALFINI, a Czech distributor of promotional clothing and workwear, has joined Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka as its newest tenant. The company leased 8,000 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of offices. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska throughout the market analysis, location selection, lease negotiations and space handover.
MALFINI is a Czech supplier of promotional clothing and workwear. The company operates across Europe, delivering orders to 35 countries. Its portfolio includes nearly 300 products under several brands: MALFINI®, MALFINI Premium®, Piccolio® and RIMECK®. All its textiles are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning they are skin-friendly, safe to human health and tested in compliance with global quality standards. The offer also includes products made from recycled polyester and recycled cotton with GRS and GOTS certifications. MALFINI also provides additional services such as embroidery and printing on ordered textiles, using various methods. Deliveries to neighbouring countries are completed within 24 hours from its modern, automated logistics centre in Ostrava.
“Our company began operations in the Polish market in 2004. We currently report annual revenue of PLN 122 million, and with more than 10,000 registered customers, Poland has become our largest retail market. This strongly influenced our decision to further enhance our service quality in Poland through the opening of a new logistics centre. As a result, we are closer to our customers, ensuring faster product delivery, improved quality and greater sustainability,” says Jan Chovanec, Management Board Member, MALFINI.
“We are honoured by the trust MALFINI has placed in us and are delighted that we were able to support the company in achieving this major milestone. MALFINI has been expanding rapidly in the Czech market for years and its ongoing expansion into European markets reflects its outstanding performance. The company chose Poland for its first European logistics hub due to the immediate availability of space, strategic location near the S8 route and competitive pricing. Rawa Mazowiecka’s central location and excellent connectivity to Hillwood’s complex will support a smooth adaptation within the new facility and effective business scaling. MALFINI has already taken occupancy of the space and is preparing to launch operations,” says Jan Olszewski, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka is a logistics centre located 2 km from the S8 expressway and national road 72 (“Rawa Mazowiecka North” junction). This location enables seamless distribution of products across Poland. The facility is aiming at BREEAM Excellent certification.
