Mateusz Kardaś has joined the Industrial and Warehouse Department of real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska as an Advisor. His key responsibilities will include leading relocation processes and lease renegotiations on behalf of warehouse and industrial tenants in Central Poland.
Mateusz Kardaś has worked in industrial and warehouse real estate for almost six years. Prior to joining Newmark Polska, he was a Development Specialist at Panattoni Development Company, having previously served as a Capital Markets Specialist. During his professional career, Mateusz has been responsible for both small-scale warehouse projects in emerging markets and big-box BTO projects delivered for leading logistics operators. Mateusz graduated in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics.
