Max-Fliz leases a central warehouse in Skawina

Homeware retailer Max-Fliz has leased 7,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Krakow IV in Skawina. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Max-Fliz owns six brick-and-mortar stores in Krakow, Katowice and Wrocław, and also has an online store. It has been present on the Polish market for more than 25 years, offering homeware products of more than 300 leading European brands. Its strategy is underpinned by cooperation with multiple market players: individual customers, investors, architects, interior designers and construction businesses. In addition to its focus on retail offer, Max-Fliz is also committed to ensuring pre- and post-sale service, professional training, high-quality product display and availability.

“Our central warehouse in Skawina marks another phase of our growth. Today, in competing with other firms from our industry we need to guarantee not only premium customer service and a variety of high-quality products, but also express deliveries that are often crucial in interior fit-out projects,” said Wojciech Kędroń, Max-Fliz.

Panattoni Park Krakow IV offers 33,000 sqm of leasable space. It is located 15 km from downtown Krakow, 14 km from the Krakow-Balice Airport, 80 km from downtown Katowice and just 1 km from the interchange of the A4 motorway and national road no. 44. Justyna Kononowicz, Leasing Manager at Panattoni Europe, says it is a prime central location in the Lesser Poland region, enjoying easy access to Silesia, Wrocław and Germany via its direct link to the A4 motorway.

“Due to its rapid expansion, Max-Fliz was looking for a central warehouse in Lesser Poland for its products from various parts of Krakow that would also enable easy collection of pre-ordered goods. The optimal exit from Zakopiańska Street to the A4 motorway in a westward direction turned out to be the best solution,” said Jakub Kurek and Miłosz Borkowski, Advisors, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
