Cresa supported Maxfliz in the consolidation of their space into a single central warehouse totaling 7,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Kraków IV in Skawina to replace its four existing warehouses. This move helped bring logistics costs down, streamline order picking processes and cut delivery times
To accommodate its rapid growth, Maxfliz was also looking for a warehouse in Warsaw. The company wanted to make sure that its retail customers were able to collect goods easily. To achieve this, it leased 1,080 sqm in City Logistics Warsaw Airport, which is in a prime location in Warsaw close to the newly opened store.
Cresa also represented Maxfliz during the renegotiation of their lease for 1,700 sqm in Lower Silesia – in Prologis Park Wrocław III.
