Terg, owner of Media Expert electromarkets, has leased 1.800 sqm warehouse and office-social space in the Prologis Park Poznań III complex.
Terg owns Media Expert stores, of which there are over 480 in Poland in almost 390 cities. The brand has been on the market since 2002 and employs 8.5 thousand people. In addition, Terg owns three online stores: Mediaexpert.pl, Electro.pl and Avans.pl. The company plans to locate its transhipment warehouse in the leased space to service the Greater Poland market.
The warehouse will be located in the DC1 building in Prologis Park Poznań III, located just 300 meters north of the A2 motorway (Berlin - Poznań - Warsaw). The current area of the park is almost 13 thousand. sqm. expandable by another 46,000 sqm. The developer and owner of the object is Prologis.
