Millano Group, one of the leading producers of chocolate products in Poland, has decided to expand its operations as part of the Tristar Poznań logistics center. The company extended the existing lease agreement and decided to rent additional space, occupying a total of almost 16,000. sqm.

Millano Group is one of the largest enterprises in the food industry in the Greater Poland Voivodeship and the largest supplier of products signed with the logo of large retail chains in Poland, including Biedronka, Lidl Eurocash, Lewiatan, Dino, Polo Market. The Millano Group has three factories in which it produces several hundred tons of chocolate products per day and distributes to more than 50 countries around the world.

Tristar Poznań is a modern logistics center with two A-class warehouse buildings, offering over 35,000 sqm. warehouse and production space. The investment is located only 11 km from the city center, near the Poznań-Ławica airport and in close proximity (3 km) to the S11 express road (Poznań - Katowice), which connects with the A2 motorway (Berlin - Poznań - Warsaw). The property belongs to Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate.
