MLP Group will develop a warehouse park near Lublin. Once fully built out, the facility will offer approximately 51,500 sqm of warehouse and office space in three buildings sitting on a 10.5-hectare plot. It will be the developer’s second project in this part of Poland. Its first scheme located in a Special Economic Zone has been fully let to three tenants: ABM Greiffenberger Polska, Stokrotka and Turck.
The warehouse park will be constructed in Swidnik, approximately 1.5 km from the Zadebie interchange of the S12 and S17 expressways, Lublin’s ring-road and the main transport axis of the Lubelskie voivodeship linking Warsaw and Piotrkow Trybunalski with Ukraine. The park will be located 10 km from Lublin’s city centre, 3 km from Swidnik’s centre and approximately 5 km from Lublin Airport.
