Żabka Polska, the owner of Żabka and Freshmarket stores, will open a 24,700 sqm logistics centre at MLP Gliwice on 20 June.
The newly-delivered complex will feature 23,800 sqm of warehouse space, of which approximately 4,000 sqm will be designated for cold stores and freezers. The remaining space will be used for welfare and office purposes.
MLP Gliwice is located in Szałsza, 6 km from Gliwice’s centre, close to national road no. 78 and 2 km from the A1 motorway. The International Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport is 38 km from the industrial complex. Once fully built out, the complex will consist of three buildings offering 61,000 sqm.
