AGED, a leading distributor of household appliances, has decided to remain at MLP Pruszkow I and renew its lease agreement signed in 2000.
AGED occupies 4,300 [PB1] sqm, of which 3,600 sqm is warehouse space while office and staff facilities comprise the remaining 755 sqm.
MLP Pruszkow I park offers 170,695 sqm of leasable warehouse and industrial space. It is located within less than twenty kilometres of Warsaw and boasts a unique access to a railway siding.
