MLP Pruszkow II signs up a new tenant

MLP Group will develop an approximately 4,800 sqm BTS scheme for Janex under a 12-year lease agreement.

Janex is a distributor of a vast array of meats and meat products, including pork, beef, veal, poultry and lamb. It also offers a wide range of half-finished products and innovative catering solutions. Its new facility will include cold stores, freezers and a kitchen for cooking presentations. The scheme will be delivered in March 2019.

MLP Pruszkow II is located in Warsaw’s suburbs, in the Brwinow municipality, 5 km away from Pruszkow. It is situated between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km away from the Pruszkow-Zbikow interchange. International rail lines run close to the park, thereby supporting logistics operations. The park will provide more than 285,000 sqm once fully built out.
