Dekpol continues its long-term cooperation with 7R SA. As part of the newly acquired contracts, it will build two warehouse and production facilities with social and office annexes in Swarożyno in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. They will provide a total of 38 thousand. sqm. modern usable space. Completion and delivery of finished buildings is planned for this year.
The first facility will have 8,000 sq m, and the other 30 thousand sqm. usable area. As part of this larger project, a modern refrigeration and freezing warehouse will be built. According to the established technical parameters, a clear height of 10.70 meters will be maintained with a total hall height of 12.45 meters.
