Morska Agencja Gdynia expands beyond Tricity

Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG) has leased its first warehouse space in the Warsaw area. The new location at Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki will enable the company to streamline service delivery for regional clients and further expand its operations. MAG was assisted in the leasing process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Morska Agencja Gdynia, operating continuously since 1951, is one of Poland’s most experienced maritime and logistics companies. 2026 marks the 75-year anniversary of its presence on the market. Over the decades, the company has consistently expanded its expertise in ship agency, chartering and comprehensive transport services.

MAG’s service portfolio encompasses intermodal transport (sea, rail, road and air), as well as customs agency and warehousing in modern logistics facilities. The company also offers office rental and crewing services for seafarers.

One of MAG’s core areas of operations is comprehensive logistics for the renewable energy sector. The company has provided logistics services for approximately 90 per cent of onshore wind farms in Poland, participating in the largest projects in this segment. At the same time, MAG is expanding into offshore wind energy, preparing logistics and operational facilities for offshore projects in the Baltic Sea.

The leasing of warehouse and office space in Grodzisk Mazowiecki marks the next phase in the company’s growth and continued expansion into new regional markets. Morska Agencja Gdynia will occupy more than 4,500 sqm at Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki, significantly strengthening its presence in central Poland and boosting its logistics capabilities nationwide.

“The opening of the Grodzisk Mazowiecki warehouse is another natural step in our growth. For decades, we have been developing our capabilities to meet the real needs of the market and our business partners. The location in central Poland, offering easy access to Chopin Airport in Warsaw, enhances our operational and distribution potential and enables even more seamless integration of air and LCL cargo with our other logistics services. We continue to expand our network of locations in strategic areas across the country to provide our clients with stable and comprehensive support throughout the entire supply chain. In addition, the Grodzisk warehouse has been designed as a space offering high equipment and infrastructure flexibility,” says Michał Golańczyk from Morska Agencja Gdynia, who is responsible for the new warehouse.

“We are pleased to have supported MAG in its expansion once again – this time outside the Tricity area. The new high-spec warehouse space will enable MAG to serve the most demanding clients in central Poland. Competitive costs are, without a doubt, a significant advantage of this location,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Regional Director, Newmark Polska.

“We are excited that such an experienced and specialised operator, with decades of track record in projects of strategic economic importance, has decided to expand at our park. An undoubted advantage of our facility in Grodzisk is its excellent location close to the capital and in immediate proximity to key transport routes, making it an ideal choice for companies such as MAG to scale their operations. We are confident that this partnership will provide a strong foundation for our client’s continued growth,” says Justyna Kononowicz, Business Development Director, Hillwood Polska.

Hillwood Grodzisk Mazowiecki is a modern, Class A logistics complex located 35 km from the centre of Warsaw, next to an A2 motorway junction. The development consists of two buildings with a total area of nearly 88,000 sqm. The logistics park features both high-quality infrastructure and state-of-the-art technologies, including BREEAM Excellent-certified warehouse facilities.
