Morska Agencja Gdynia expands at CTPark Gdańsk Port

Morska Agencja Gdynia (MAG), a specialist provider of comprehensive ship, chartering and intermodal transport services, has expanded its warehouse and office footprint at CTPark Gdańsk Port to nearly 28,000 sqm. The tenant was once again advised on the leasing transaction by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

Established in 1951, MAG initially represented international shipping lines, shipowners and P&I clubs, providing ship agency services. Over time, the company expanded its service portfolio to include forwarding and crew placement for Polish seafarers, warehousing, distribution and customs services. MAG has grown to become a leader in the maritime industry, serving a diverse range of clients.

The expansion into warehousing logistics was a natural step towards delivering door-to-door services for imports from China. MAG’s logistics centre at CTPark Gdańsk Port provides dedicated space for storing palletised goods, big bags, food and feed products, as well as handling e-commerce, heavy cargo and rough timber.

“We needed modern infrastructure that keeps pace with MAG’s growth, and the location in the immediate vicinity of the Port of Gdańsk is unrivalled. Thanks to the swift leasing process carried out in cooperation with Newmark Polska, we can now concentrate on what we do best: comprehensive ship services and freight forwarding, while benefiting from a significantly larger operational facility,” says Gracjan Gryncewicz, Warehouse Director at Morska Agencja Gdynia.

“Morska Agencja Gdynia – our long-standing client at CTPark Gdańsk Port – was looking to expand its operations and occupancy. Thanks to the strong commitment of all parties, we were able to secure favourable terms that will allow the tenant to continue its logistics operations in Gdańsk for years to come. We are delighted to see Morska Agencja Gdynia grow in the Tricity area, expand its warehouse capabilities and engage us once again for the leasing process,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Regional Director, Newmark Polska.

“We are proud that our cooperation with a reputable partner such as Morska Agencja Gdynia continues to grow, which is a strong testament to the trust placed in us. The tenant’s expansion confirms that the strategic location of CTPark Gdańsk Port – right by the key logistics hub of northern Poland – is important to companies operating in the TFL sector and supporting maritime trade, while providing a solid foundation for long-term business partnerships. We thank all the parties for their cooperation,” says Kornelia Łukaszewska-Ciesielska, Business Developer, CTP Polska.

CTPark Gdańsk Port, located in Gdańsk, is a modern industrial and logistics complex designed to meet sustainable construction standards. The park consists of two facilities on a 21.3-hectare site, situated in the immediate vicinity of the deepwater Baltic Hub terminal, a rail port and national road no. 89. As part of its continued expansion, CTP plans to develop another 14 hectares to provide modern spaces in various formats such as CTSpace, CTBox, CTFlex, and CTLabs, with leasable units starting from 400 sqm, making it the first development in Poland to combine all these formats within a single location.
