Morska Agencja Gdynia expands its warehouse footprint

Morska Agencja Gdynia sp. z o.o., a transport and logistics service provider, has increased its warehouse and office space leased in Panattoni Park Gdańsk East I to more than 2,800 sqm. The tenant was represented during negotiations by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Established in the mid-20th century, Morska Agencja Gdynia has grown into one of the largest and longest running transport and logistics companies in Poland. It is a specialist provider of land and sea transport services, handling 24,000 containers a year. With its cooperation with global exporters and importers continuing a trajectory of strong and sustained growth over the years, Morska Agencja Gdynia requires warehouse space with modern storage solutions.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk East I is a modern warehouse and office complex with 46,870 sqm of leasable space. It boasts a prime location close to the Seaport and the Deepwater Container Terminal in Gdansk and enjoys easy access to the A1 motorway. Gdansk-Rębiechowo Airport is approximately 22 km away.

“We are pleased that Morska Agencja Gdynia sp. z o.o. has once again appointed us to negotiate lease conditions in Tricity. The key for the tenant was proximity to the seaport in order to streamline transportation processes. The expanded warehouse will be critical in continued acquisition of clients who favour Gdansk over Gdynia for storage of goods. The tenant expects to take occupancy of the new space in the first quarter of 2021,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Head for the Pomeranian Region, Cresa Poland.
