Morska Agencja Gdynia, a specialist provider of logistics and road, rail and sea transport services, has expanded the warehouse space it leases in Panattoni Park Tricity East by 7,100 sqm. The company has once again engaged Cresa Poland for the leasing process.
Morska Agencja Gdynia has been present on the Polish market since 1951. Although in the early days its core business was delivering agency services for ships, it has expanded its operations and specialization to provide comprehensive cargo transport from any place in the world. The company also caters for clients specializing in the transport of over-sized, liquid and loose loads.
Morska Agencja Gdynia has warehouses in Panattoni Park Tricity East I and Panattoni Park Tricity East II. Having acquired a new client, the company needed to secure space in the adjoining Panattoni Park Tricity East III complex.
Panattoni Park Tricity East III offers close to 33,000 sqm of class A warehouse and production space customised to meet individual requirements of tenants from various sectors. It provides units suitable for logistics, distribution, storage and light manufacturing. With its proximity to the seaport and the S7 expressway, it makes for efficient distribution not only on a regional scale, but also internationally.

The quick decision and good organisation of the company enabled us to close the deal within a couple of days – the tenant has already started operations on the leased space.
