Moto-Profil launches a logistics centre in Swiebodzin

Moto-Profil, a leading distributor of automotive parts and accessories, has opened a modern hub warehouse in Swiebodzin, Lubuskie region, providing 10,000 sqm of warehouse space, modern offices and enabling more night and day deliveries.

Moto-Profil’s new logistics centre was opened in Swiebodzin in early December. It is located at 14 Wojska Polskiego Street. This location was chosen for its convenience and proximity to major transportation routes. Swiebodzin is situated next to the S3 expressway (Legnica – Szczecin) and just 4 km from an interchange with the A2 motorway, which connects Berlin and Poznan. The first deliveries were dispatched from Swiebodzin on 9 December.

The logistics centre in Swiebodzin offers 10,000 sqm of warehouse space, 300 sqm of office space and a modern training facility. It is Moto-Profil’s second largest warehouse facility. The firm’s Warsaw hub is sized 7,500 sqm and its central warehouse in Chorzow measures 50,000 sqm. The range of products stored in Swiebodzin is the same as the product portfolio available at the company’s headquarters. The entire facility is supported by a modern WMS / TMS using the latest generation terminals and scanners. The hub is also equipped with sorters to separate orders and sort products. Ultimately, the logistics centre will create 100 jobs for the inhabitants of Swiebodzin and nearby localities who will work a two-shift system.
