Exeter Property Group is to develop a new industrial park in Swiebodzin which will comprise approximately 120,000 sqm of space.
The park will be located just 70 km from the Polish-German border, 110 km from Poznan, 6 km from an exit from the A2 motorway, and next to the S3 expressway.
The Swiebodzin market has much potential and is attracting both logistics operators for whom warehouses in this region are frequently the first link between Poland and Germany and companies from the light production sector, particularly firms from countries to the west of Poland.
