Hillwood has started building a logistics park in Piekary Śląskie. A warehouse with an area of over 42,000 sqm. will be put into service in the last quarter of this year.
This is the third Hillwood investment in this region since the beginning of the year. The developer has also started the construction of warehouses in Gliwice and Mysłowice.
A-class warehouse center - Hillwood Piekary Śląskie is located at the beltway of the Upper Silesian Industrial District (DW911), leading to the A1 motorway just 1.5 km away. A short distance from the logistics park, there is also an entrance to Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa (12 km) and an entrance to the A4 highway from west to east (17.5 km).
The park in Piekary Śląskie is a high storage hall with a height of 10 m, in which, apart from storage, you can also carry out light production. As in all developer's buildings, LED lighting will be installed in the emerging warehouse. The building will have the highest fire resistance standard - above 4000 MJ / sq m. The investment will have a large and convenient parking lot. An additional advantage for employees are public transport stops located near the logistics center.
Silesia is developing very dynamically, generating a large demand for warehouse space. The region's huge advantage is also the large labor market and access to qualified employees. The attractiveness of Upper Silesia and the Basin is also increased by competitive rental prices compared to other locations.
So far, the company has already built two other warehouse centers in the Śląskie Voivodeship - Hillwood Sosnowiec Zagłębie and Hillwood Ruda Śląska. Their expansion will be completed this year.
