Nibe-Biawar, a supplier of water heaters, accumulator tanks and heat pumps, is to build a new 30,000 sqm factory on a plot in the Bialystok subzone of the Suwalki Special Economic Zone.
During the first phase of the development project Nibe-Biawar will construct a manufacturing plant and laboratories with a total area of 10,000 sqm. The new plant that will manufacture pellet-fired boilers and heat pumps is scheduled to open in Q1 2019.
Nibe-Biawar employs approximately 350 staff in Bialystok and manufactures 500 types of products it exports to many European countries, including Germany, Denmark and Sweden.
