Nieten to relocate to MLP

Nieten, a customs service provider, has leased more than 5,000 sqm of space at logistics park MLP Pruszkow II. Currently using warehouse space nearly half that size at MLP Pruszkow I, it will move into the new facility in November this year.

Nieten has signed a contract with the MLP Group to lease 5,000 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Pruszkow II. The company has additionally contracted 150 sqm of office and welfare space. The finished facility is scheduled for handover in November 2019.

A tenant of the MLP Group since June 2015, Nieten currently occupies approximately 3,000 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Pruszkow I. Nieten is a customs agency with operations in eastern and central Poland, having its offices, a customs warehouse, a bonded warehouse and a domestic warehouse in Pruszkow.

MLP Pruszkow II is a logistics centre located in the municipality of Brwinow near Warsaw, five kilometres from Pruszkow. It is being built on a 72-hectare plot intended for warehousing and light manufacturing; at full build-out it will provide 285,000 sqm.
