Polish company Nowa Szkola has leased more than 7,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Lodz. Of that total, 7,300 sqm is the warehouse module while 260 sqm is office space.
Nowa Szkola has been present on the Polish market since 1992. It specializes in furnishings for nurseries, kindergartens and schools, rehabilitation and sports equipment, as well as teaching aids and educational toys.
Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub is a modern industrial park in Lodz, close to the A1 motorway. It will provide approximately 390,000 sqm once fully built out, making it one of the biggest logistics complexes in Poland.
