NRF comes to Panattoni Park Tricity South II in Pomerania

NRF, an automotive aftermarket supplier, has leased nearly 4,000 sqm warehouse and 400 sqm of office space in Panattoni Park Tricity South II in Pruszcz Gdański. The tenant was represented during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Dutch-based NRF is a specialist supplier of cooling products for various sectors, including automotive and marine. Its portfolio comprises more than 8,000 products. NRF has three manufacturing plants, including R&D centres, and 19 warehouses in various locations across the globe, enabling seamless supply chain management. Following its intense growth, NRF has doubled its value on the market of spare parts over the last four years. It has already moved into its Tricity warehouse.

Panattoni Park Tricity South II is a modern logistics park comprising two warehouse facilities and office space. It has a total of over 75,000 sqm of modern warehouse and office space. This high specification complex is certified as BREEAM. Panattoni Park Tricity South II is located in Pruszcz Gdański, in the vicinity of the Tricity Ring Road, 20 km from Gdansk Airport and 25 km from the Port of Gdansk.

“As NRF consistently expands its presence and various operations on the Polish market, it decided to have production space designed in Pomerania. Location was the key driver for NRF – benefiting from the proximity of the Port of Gdansk, the company will also be able to arrange shipments by sea and consequently strengthen its market position,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Head of Pomerian Region, Cresa Poland.
