NRF continues rapid growth with expansion to 52,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II

The NRF Group, a global manufacturer of automotive aftermarket parts and supplier of industrial cooling solutions, has expanded its warehouse and office footprint at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II by 7,000 sqm to a total of 52,000 sqm. The tenant was advised throughout the lease expansion and negotiation process by Newmark Polska.

Founded in Amsterdam in 1927, the NRF Group is a specialist manufacturer and distributor of spare parts for multiple sectors, including automotive, rail and maritime. Its portfolio comprises more than 15,000 products, with their quality and reliability ensured through the company’s in-house R&D facilities. NRF operates eight sites across Europe, including three production plants and five distribution centres. As the industry leader, the company serves customers in more than 80 countries, where its brand is trusted by car mechanics and service centres. Thanks to NRF’s high manufacturing standards and repair-shop support, its parts have been used in trucks, Classic vehicles and buggies at the Dakar Rally. In the 2025 edition of the Dakar Rally, a Porsche 924, equipped with NRF cooling system components, finished fourth overall in the Classic classification – without any failure or replacement during the race. This year, the company launched the FROM GARAGE TO DAKAR campaign, which can be followed on Instagram at instagram.com/nrf_poland.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II is home to two companies of the NRF Group: NRF Polska and NRF Thermal Engineering Poland. Following the 7,000 sqm expansion by NRF Polska, the Group now occupies 52,000 sqm at the site, underscoring its strong presence in the CEE region.

“We are pleased to have been able to support the NRF Group once again on its growth journey. The lease expansion at Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II marks a natural step in the company’s development in Poland. A stable location, efficient cooperation with the developer and the tenant’s growing operational needs were key factors behind the decision to increase leased space. This transaction highlights the scale of the NRF Group’s operations and significance in Central and Eastern Europe, and underscores the appeal of Tricity as a leading logistics market in Poland,” says Michał Rafałowicz, Regional Director, Newmark Polska.

“The lease expansion by the NRF Group confirms the growing importance of Pomerania as a major logistics hub in the country. For us, it also demonstrates that our facility effectively supports companies in scaling their operations. Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II offers a unique combination of robust infrastructure, transport accessibility and opportunities for further growth – all of which are particularly important to tenants with international operations,” comments Martyna Sochaczewska, Leasing Director, Panattoni.

Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II is a Class A, BREEAM-certified logistics park located in Kowale, just 10 km from the centre of Gdańsk. Its major strength lies its high technical standard, while tenants also appreciate its strategic location offering easy access to seaports and major roads. Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II is well-connected to Tricity’s two ring roads (S6 and S7) and the A1 motorway, enabling seamless transport of goods.
