Omnipack, a supplier of integrated fulfilment solutions, has leased almost 6,500 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Gorzow, a logistics park which is currently under construction.
Omnipack is a fulfilment platform for e-commerce. It already has two class A warehouses with a combined area of 5,300 sqm in the vicinity of Warsaw. Its new locations will provide an additional 13,000 sqm.
The opening of Omnipack’s new warehouse in the rapidly developing city of Gorzow Wielkopolski, close to the German border, is part of the firm’s wider strategy of targeting clients in Western European markets.
Panattoni Park Gorzow Wielkopolski is yet another project developed by Panattoni in Lubuskie and the first multi-tenant facility in Gorzow Wielkopolski. Panattoni Park Gorzow Wielkopolski consists of two buildings with a total area of more than 69,000 sqm. Its warehouse modules can be flexibly combined to meet the requirements of tenants from multiple sectors.
