Panattoni will build a dedicated facility for Orbico Supply of the Orbico Group, a distributor of globally known brands for the FMCG, small household appliances, and HoReCa sectors. The 25,000 sqm warehouse will be built in Teresin near Warsaw and the tenant will move into it in February 2021.
Panattoni will deliver 25,000 sqm of customized space for Orbico Supply in Teresin with a possibility of expansion by another 13,000 sqm. The warehouse will supply retailers and stores with body care products, cosmetics, home care products, foods, small household appliances, footwear, clothes and toys from such FMCS market leaders as Procter&Gamble or Kelloggs.
The BTS facility will provide nearly 25,000 sqm, including more than 1,000 sqm of office space. Due to the type of products that will be stored there, it will feature an improved fire resistance of more than 4,000 MJ/sqm. To meet the investor's requirements, the building will be 12 metres in clear height to provide an additional storage level. Part of the space will also be adapted for automated warehousing in the future. The developer is aiming to obtain the BREAM Good certification for the project. The tenant will move into the facility in February 2021.
BTS Navo Orbico will be built in the Teresin municipality, zone three of the Warsaw region. It will be located near national road 92, approximately 26 km from the Wiskitki junction of the A2 motorway.
