Panattoni Europe is planning to build Panattoni Park Tricity North in the Gdynia area. The 45,000 sqm distribution facility will be developed near the Baltic Container Terminal and the Tricity ring road. The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2019. Panattoni Europe has already developed 76,000 sqm in four locations in Gdansk and has a similar volume under construction.
Panattoni Park Tricity North will be developed 8 km from the Baltic Container Terminal (BCT Gdynia) and approximately 10 km from Gdynia’s city centre. The site is within an eight-minute drive from the Tricity ring road (the S6 expressway leading to the A1 motorway and the S7 expressway). The facility is located at the intersection of sea transport routes from Scandinavia and Western Europe. Container ships setting off from Gdynia reach remote corners of the world including Tanzania or Yemen.
Panattoni Park Tricity North will consist of a single Class A warehouse building with a total area of approximately 45,000 sqm. It will feature state-of-the-art solutions in goods storage, numerous docks, ground-level access gates and spacious truck courts. Additionally, the facility will incorporate many energy-saving and environment-friendly technologies required to obtain BREEAM certification.
