Panattoni Europe keeps going strong in Greater Poland. In the vicinity of Poznan, the developer is building 90,000 sqm of space across three parks: in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznan VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznan IV), and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznan IX), with 200,000 sqm more being planned.
The existing regional portfolio will be expanded to include another 90,000 sqm developed in the three top locations. Situated in Jaryszki, Panattoni Park VII is just 12 km from Poznan. The proximity of the city centre and efficient transport connections increase the importance of the park in the development of the region, while the adjacent S11 expressway (Koninko Interchange) facilitates efficient transport of goods to the south (Katowice) and north of the country (Bydgoszcz and Grudziadz). Of the 43,600 sqm under construction in Jaryszki, already a quarter of the space has been pre-let. In turn, Panattoni Park Poznan IV in Komorniki is located in the vicinity of two interchanges of the A2 motorway (Komorniki and Poznan West), which connects key logistics locations in Europe: Lodz, Warsaw and Berlin, as well as near the soon-to-be-completed S5 expressway. This makes the park an excellent opportunity for international operations. The region also stands to benefit greatly from Panattoni Park Poznan IX in Swadzim, which, like its counterpart in Jaryszki, is close to the city centre, providing workplaces and excellent transport connections with the metropolitan area. In the three parks, on top of the space currently under development, an additional 200,000 sqm will be built.
Greater Poland is a region offering plentiful opportunities. Its biggest strength lies in the A2 motorway, which connects Poznan with key logistics centres in Poland – Warsaw and Lodz, and in Europe – Berlin. In view of Poznan’s prime location, access to a skilled labour pool and the steady growth of the region, no wonder Panattoni Europe has been so active in and around the city.
