Panattoni has completed the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The 36,500-square-metre project was built within the city limits, in an investment area of Bydgoszcz.

The latter has just been commissioned, and its tenants include logistics companies like Nissin Logistics, occupying 18,300 sqm, and Inpost with approx. 5,000 sqm. Panattoni’s activity in Bydgoszcz is the company’s response to the steadily growing demand for modern warehouse space in the local market.
Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II comprises close to 36,500 sqm of modern industrial space in a single building. The complex was delivered within city limits, a short distance from the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park, just 3 km from the city’s bypass and national road no 80, and 9 km from the interchange with the S10 expressway. The flexible units in the park can be used for storage or light manufacturing purposes, and the grounds surrounding the building feature convenient service yards and spacious parking facilities. The project is BREEAM-certified.
