Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II signs up a new tenant

Nissin Logistics has leased 18,295 sqm of warehouse space in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. It is already the second tenant for the project, which will be delivered in Q1 2020.

More than half of the almost 40,000 sqm of warehouse space under construction has already been leased. Approximately 5,000 sqm will be completed as a sorting facility by one of Poland’s logistics operators. Now, a further 18,295 sqm will be taken up by Nissin Logistics, the leading Japanese logistics operator with a presence in Europe, Asia and America.  A lion’s share of the leased space will be used as a warehouse dedicated to one of its clients, a manufacturer of metal beverage packaging.

Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II comprises nearly 40,000 sqm of modern industrial space in a single building. The complex is being developed within city limits, a short distance from the Bydgoszcz Industrial and Technological Park.
