Panattoni Park Legnica continues to grow

Panattoni has commenced the construction of 25,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Legnica, out of the planned 90,000 sqm. The first facility will accommodate the manufacturing plant of the Spreadshirt Group, a global e-commerce company that empowers consumers to express themselves with personalized and customized products.

Spreadshirt Manufacturing Polska has leased more than 11,000 sqm. The manufacturing and warehousing section will occupy more than 10,000 sqm, while nearly 1,000 sqm will be office space. The company will be moving into the new facility on 1 August 2020. Thanks to this move, Spreadshirt Manufacturing Polska will be able to process 20% more orders. Due to its development plans and with a view to the optimisation and streamlining of manufacturing and logistics, it decided to relocate from its existing premises to a class A warehouse facility.

Panattoni keeps creating development opportunities for the industrial sector in Legnica. Following the successful completion of production facilities and a BTS logistics centre, the developer commenced the construction of phase one (25,000 sqm) of Panattoni Park Legnica, which will provide 90,000 sqm at full build-out.
