Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I signs up a new tenant: Antwerk

Antwerk, a full-cycle logistics company providing services for the e-commerce industry, has leased more than 8,200 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I. The tenant was represented during the process by experts of real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Antwerk is one of the few international full-cycle logistics corporations in Europe. Drawing on its knowledge, experience and resources, it delivers consolidated and general cargo across Europe. Antwerk also provides fulfilment warehouses for e-commerce in Europe. It carries 720,000 tons of cargo every year and delivers approximately two million shipments for e-retailers every month.

Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I is a logistics hub in Zagłębie, one of Poland’s most urbanized regions, with tenants being able to tap into its skilled labour pool. Located just off the S1 expressway, it enjoys easy access to the A4 motorway and the Sławków Euroterminal, which connects Europe, Russia and China.

“Looking for its first class A warehouse in Poland, Antwerk expected a good location and easy accessibility to begin operations this autumn. Warehouse specifications were also important. The warehouse featuring docks on both sides will enable the tenant to improve service efficiency,” says Jakub Kurek, Associate Director, Cresa Poland.

“Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I meets the current requirements of Antwerk and provides a solid springboard for further growth. This was key to the tenant who expects a substantial increase in service delivery over the next few years. The choice of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I was also influenced by the opportunity of obtaining additional tax benefits,” says Michał Kozar, Senior Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Cresa Poland.
