Panattoni sells five logistics parks to Asian fund

Panattoni has sold a portfolio of five logistics parks with a combined area of 280,000 sqm in strategic locations to an Asian fund. This marks the Asian investor’s first transaction in Poland.

Panattoni’s parks occupy strategic locations across Poland: in Warsaw (Panattoni Park Warsaw North and Panattoni Park Warsaw South), in Silesia (Panattoni Park Silesia I), in Poznan (Panattoni Park Poznan IV), and in Szczecin (Panattoni Park Szczecin II). Following the transaction, Panattoni will continue to act as a property manager on all the properties included in the portfolio.

The disposal by Panattonii of its further properties in Poland reflects investment market trends, particularly the interest from Asian investors in Central and Eastern Europe.
